With a background in business in New York City and over sixteen years as a therapist in the Bay Area, Dominique brings a unique perspective to executive and leadership coaching. With psychological and behavioral training and a doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology and a diverse background in business, she’s up to almost any challenge. She helps individuals break bad habits and keep good ones, helps people learn to communicate better, see outside perspectives, and listen with more openness. She has also been trained in multicultural diversity and is able to help bridge understanding and communication between personalities from varying cultures and perspectives. She helps her clients organize their core values, increase leadership skills, and make significant progress where it matters most.
